However, we’ll replace or refund your order if:
- You receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product
- The wrong item was delivered
- An item is missing from your package

No exchanges, but we’ll send a replacement for verified issues.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. For COD, we’ll request UPI or bank details.
