Refund policy

At Nourish Co., your skin—and your trust—matter deeply to us. Each product is crafted with care, tested for safety, and packed with precision. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and preservative-free nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, in the rare case that:
  • You receive a damaged, & leaking, or defective product
  • Your order contains the & wrong item(s)
  • An item is missing from your package
  • —we will gladly replace or refund it, as applicable.
  • Please raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or a short video of the issue, at info@nourishco.co. Our customer experience team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you've received an incorrect or faulty product, we’ll ensure a replacement is sent out promptly once your request is verified.

Refund Timelines
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original method of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your preferred UPI or bank details for processing the refund.

As a clean and conscious skincare brand, we maintain strict quality checks before every order is dispatched. While we try our best to ensure a seamless experience, certain issues may be out of our control (like courier mishandling). We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
