At Nourish Co., your skincare journey begins the moment you place an order. Each product is crafted and packed by us with utmost care and undergoes a final quality check before dispatch.
Once your order is ready, it is shipped directly from our facility to your doorstep through our trusted delivery partners. If there’s any issue reaching your location or a delay in delivery, our partner will contact you to coordinate the best possible solution.
Our Packaging Promise
Your skin deserves purity—and so does the planet. All Nourish Co. products are packaged sustainably, without compromising on safety. We use recyclable boxes and paper-based fillers wherever possible, avoiding unnecessary plastic. Each shipment is thoughtfully packed to ensure your order arrives fresh, intact, and beautiful—just like our formulations.
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver across India via reliable shipping partners. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on expanding our reach soon.
Order Tracking Made Easy
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation on your registered email and mobile number. As soon as your order is dispatched (within 24–48 hours), you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.
You can also view your order status anytime under the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. During peak periods or special launches, dispatches may take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you informed via email or SMS.
Multiple Packages?
If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability. In such cases, you’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment. You’ll only be charged once for shipping (if applicable).
Shipping Charges
We currently offer:
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000 for first-time customers.
Free shipping on orders above ₹500 for returning customers.
For orders below these amounts, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders between ₹500 and ₹50,000.
